SIHELSKÁ Jana: Quality of management Slovak Post [Diploma`s thesis]; Technical University in Zvolen, Department of Corporate Economy; Supervisor: Ing. Jarmila Klementová, PhD.; Defense: Zvolen TU, 2017, 101 pThe main topic of the diploma` s thesis is quality of management in the Slovak Post environment. In the theoretical part, we dealt with the issue of quality management from a comprehensive point of view, which was provided by the specialized literature. In the practical part, we focused on evaluation of the quality management of the Slovak Post, selected branches in the city and the village. To determine satisfaction with quality management, we used a search method in the form of three questionnaire surveys. In surveys, we focused on the satisfaction of employees, executives and customers alike. The research results have highlighted the critical areas of quality management that need to be tackled as a matter of priority. In the end, measures were proposed to improve quality management at the individual posts of the Slovak Post Office.
