Based on the theoretical aspects on how such projects are prepared and evaluated, a particular project for the construction of a boarding house in the Hont region has been elaborated. The project points to the possibility of evaluating the knowledge and experiences of the business entity by diversifying into a services company. Evaluation based on dynamic methods demonstrates the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the investment.
