The focus of this diploma thesis is the analysis of current knowledge and use of concepts and methods for improvement of business processes, identification of its bottlenecks and proposal for methods used for improvement of key processes in analysed company. This thesis points out the constant need to improve business processes, because just the companies, which can flexibly react to the constant change of its competitive environment, can success. This thesis is divided to three parts. Part one focuses on the theoretical side of process management with the focus on the improvement of business processes. Second part is dedicated to the analysis of current state of business processes in the company of choice. Third part proposes improvement procedures and methods of key business processes.
