In the diploma thesis the author deals with the theme of the concept of health and safety at work in the manufacturing engineering company Way Industries. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the legislation relating to health and safety at work in the labor force. Assess the health risks that could endanger the health of employees at work and assess the staff to work in the enterprise. Assess the care that is provided by the employer for employees. The thesis is divided into two levels of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part author analyzes legislation, describes the legislation dealing with the given issue, discusses working conditions and factors that may endanger the health of employees by legislation, government regulations and study literature. In the practical part the author describes and analyzes the areas of working conditions and the factors that threaten the health of employees.At the end of the diploma work the author evaluates the questionnaire, which was attended by 100 employees. The questionnaire consists of 20 questions that focus on the working environment in the company Way Industries. Also in the end the author identifies the factors that threaten the health of employees by measuring health service Pyroboss and proposes measures to optimize the manufacturing process.
