In this work we examined at reengineering of production process and its real application in the enterprise and consequently its impact on business performance. In the first part we focused attention on the general concepts of production management, in particular, we focused on the manufacturing process and reeingineering processes and financial indicators, indicators activity, indicators indebtedness, an indicator of market value of the company, a traditional indicator of business performance and economic value added. The second aim was to characterize the selected company, its manufacturing program to analyze the current state of manufacturing processes, implement reeingineering production processes using selected methods and to assess the impact reeingineeringu production processes on business performance using economic indicators.
