This diploma thesis is focused on the study of the use of beech bark as a filler in the adhesive mixture. The first chapter of the thesis is aimed at clarifying the theoretical knowledge related to the production of plywood materials and testing of physical and mechanical properties. Other chapters of the diploma thesis include its aim, the preparation of individual adhesive mixtures, the production of plywood and the testing of modulus of elasticity and bending strenght, stroke perpendicular to the plane of the board, water absorption and thickness swelling. In the next section, the measured values are captured in graphs and tables. The evaluation of the measured values and discussions is the last part of the work.
