The diploma thesis focuses on the elaboration of a proposal for ministration program of Ružiná offshore Natural reservation. The work is divided into three main units. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. In the first chapter there is an elaborated overview of laws and decrees that have an important role in nature and landscape conservation in the Slovak Republic and also contains international conventions on environmental protection. Subsequently, the theoretical part of the thesis continues with the second chapter, which deals with the specification of a wider environment of natural reservation within the district and the cadastral area with an emphasis on the subject of interest in the reservation itself.The final unit focuses on the characteristics of the selected nature reserve area of the Ružiná offshore from the floristic and zoological point of view in contrast with the use of the territory and recreation. Given the proposed measures, they should support meintanance of the current status of the habitats and consequently the improvement of the current status.
