The top objective of the thesis was to design and evaluate the economic efficiency of the investment of the selected center in Sodexo s.r.o. with an activity focused on facility management and company performance growth analysis. Investment financing was mediated throughout the bank loan. To achieve the main aim, we have set a number of partial goals. We estimated the return on investment would be in two years. From the gained results we have found the efficiency of the investment activity is very high. We can recommend preferring investments with the shortest maturity when making decisions to Sodexo's operations, what presents in the reduction of business risk. Discount maturity ranges in our thesis below half of the economic life of the project. Based on the results of the financial and economic analysis, we propose to apply the project to practice.
