The aim of diploma work entitled Marketing analysis of the selected company is based on selected marketing analysis to assess the situation, which is currently in personnel agency Atena - personal consulting. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter entitled 'Definition of basic elements are described in terms of the selected topic. The second chapter defined objectives and methodology of work. The third part contains the characteristics of Atena - personal consulting. In the fourth chapter, we apply the theoretical knowledge on selected marketing analysis company. In the last chapter, we reviewed the results we achieved on the basis of which we made recommendations for the company.
