The aim of the final thesis is an analysis of the current state of company Railway Repair and Engineering Works Zvolen, and propose possible solutions to improve the state of inventories and supply logistics. To fulfill the main objective of the work is necessary to meet the milestones among which include evaluation of the information received and calculating the economic indicators related to supplies. The main objective of our work is to evaluate the analysis of turnover of the component materials entering into the product.
