The diploma thesis gives a detailed view of the performance of enterprises from different aspects, the measurement possibilities, as well as the methods of applications that are used to measure the performance of enterprises. The first part deals with the definition of the basic concepts within the formulation of the aim of the diploma thesis. The core of the work is to analyse the company itself, the measurement of its performance, or prediction of the future financial situation of the company. At the end of the submitted thesis, we propose recommendations for the growth of the enterprise performance in the next period.
