The main goal of the final thesis is to analyze the corporate culture in the chosen enterprise, to identify the differences in the perception of the corporate culture in terms of gender and the number of years worked by the respondents, and to propose measures improving the level of corporate culture in the chosen enterprise. An enterprise surveyed in terms of corporate culture is BILLA s.r.o. and is doing business in the retail sector. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge from the category of corporate culture. The second part of the thesis consists of the aim of the work and methodology used in the processing of the final thesis. At the end of the thesis, the present state of the company culture is analyzed in the chosen enterprise and methods of improvement are proposed.
