The diploma thesis deals with strategic partnership, which are currently quite often used as a tool for the conclusion of business relations. It also deals with management, decision making, planning and marketing. Based on the lessons learned from these areas, our main goal is to gain and verify information about current and potential business partners of the company. Subsequently, our task is to use the information we gained and to use different decision-making methods, to select and suggest the most suitable strategic partner for the future interests of the company.
