The aim of this thesis is to create test questions on the issue of biofuels as a new contribution of the educational program at the Technical University in Zvolen. The work was divided into four chapters. The theoretical part been focused on biofuels, biofuel distribution, as well as biomass and its distribution with respect to the advantages and disadvantages of taking on Slovakia and abroad. We think that the biomass as a renewable energy source, not only in Slovakia but also abroad and to build the first chapter. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of e-learning not only in Slovakia but also in the European Union or America, distinguishing the different types of e-learning instruction. In this chapter we talk about the infrastructure conditions in Slovakia and on trends in teaching e-learning. The third chapter is devoted to methodology and targets the thesis. In the fourth chapter, we will process of entering data into the test program UIS, while it also characterize. We are dedicated to the testing method using the testing program UIS.
