The main goal of the final thesis was to process information from specialized (legal) sources about a new type of a capital trading company. The thesis are divided into four main parts. The first part consisted of the theoretical background to the studied issue from the chosen field of the Business law. It was focused on the Business law, its development, sources and types of trading companies as forms of business in the Slovak Republic. The second part of the thesis was the analysis of the trading companies, with focus on their advantages, respectively disadvantages in practice. The third part is dealing with gathering information about the level of respondents´ awareness of the trading companies, especially the new company - the simple company for stocks. We used the questionnaire survey. Based on the information gathered in the fourth part, we have developed a more comprehensive version than the law offers, of the clear presentation of the news among trading companies highlighting its main features, preferring this kind of company to the previously used and legislatively modified forms of business.
