Diploma thesis points out the impact, the quality of human resources to fulfill the strategic goals of non-productive enterprise. It discusses the impact of managerial work to quality and the importance of quality in human resources management at unfavorable demographic development in Slovakia. It describes not only the importance of quality in human resources management, but also the importance of quality and motivation in further education of employees. The first part is the theoretical clarified concepts such as quality, which is an important key non-financial indicators of success of the current business further rise and cause the introduction of ISO standards, their importance in today's globalized world but not least, a comprehensive quality management system that is now used especially in the field of human resources management. The complexity of the thesis highlights the current trends in human resource management in the aftermath of a major global financial crisis that has hit the economy of all countries after 2008 and whose consequences we feel today and the specifics of managing three generations of employees in the labor market today operate.
