Process management is based on the analysis, identification and standardization of the procedures as well as on the determining the unified level of services and company performance. Process management is based on the defining of responsibilities and competencies for each activity as well. The aim of this diploma thesis is to successfully identify, plan and manage the key processes in the company named ABC, Ltd. The theoretical chapter of the diploma thesis is focused on defining the theoretical principles of process management and basic concept of process, its attributes, its classification and hierarchizing. At the end of the theoretical chapter the essence and importance of the process map and nine steps of the process management implementation are characterized. The practical chapter of the diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the selected company of services, where we try to identify the main, management and support processes. Through the structured interviews, as a selected tool of scientific work, we try to optimize and restructure the processes with the exact aim - to design new process maps. The design of the process map is based on the specific findings and recommendation for the analyzed company.
