Erika Loučanová, PhD. - Elected: DF TU, 2017.The diploma thesis focuses on the mapping of the innovation process in companies in Slovakia. By analyzing the elements, the conditions of the successful innovation process and its models, based on theoretical knowledge and questionnaire survey of this issue, we evaluated the conclusions for mapping the innovation process in companies in Slovakia. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge and after summarizing the results of the mapping of the innovation process, we can say that micro and small enterprises in Slovakia are guided by a closed linear innovation process, the main components of which are based on the primary inventions of the owners and, to a very small extent, Production and creation of innovation as well as their subsequent commercialization. Medium and large enterprises are mostly driven by the open innovation process of the most innovative Kline innovation model, where the core of the innovation process consists of customer-sourcing stages, taking into account side-effects, meaning that they present the innovation process as a single set of activities Interconnected.
