The Master Thesis deals with current innovative processes of textile waste recovery in Slovakia. Part of the thesis is a comparison of the current state of recovery of secondary raw materials, separation from municipal waste, treatment of them within Slovakia, EU countries and in an innovative proposal for recovery of secondary raw materials of selected separated waste. In the chapters of the thesis there is description and solution of the material evaluation of textile waste with subsequent incorporation into output products and their use in different sectors, whether in the construction or in the automotive industry. This way eliminates the generation of waste dumps, as well as environmental pollution and it increases the efficiency of recycling. The aim of the thesis based on theoretical knowledge is to evaluate and select the appropriate method of material recovery of textile waste.
