The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a passive house and to elaborate project documentation. When designing a floor plan, the width of the house was taken into account for the reason that it was installed on a narrow land. In the design of the house and the building design, the choice of materials is the best chosen with regard to the overall thickness of the structure and the energy intensity of the passive house of the house. The result of the proposed solution is a project of a passive family house that is suitable for placement in a narrow land.
