The main aim of my work in tracing the impact of the stimulus and the preparation of granules with fungal inoculum on the growth and scope of mycorrhizal symbiosis spruce seedlings Plain that were applied into the substrate in establishment of attempt. We used commercial Ectovit preparation, fungal inoculum granules, granules free of fungus and for control we also did a repetition without preparation and granules. The attempt consisted of four variants which Agroperlit in variable relative to the substrate, with three repetitions was added to. To maintain optimal environmental conditions research was first carried out two years in a greenhouse, for the third year were planted in nurseries. After each growing period, samples were taken and evaluated the growth of seedlings. After the end of the second growing season, we sampled seedlings in the number of 15 pieces in each repetition, and we investigated the value of the amount of above-ground parts, thick root collar, the dry weight above ground and root zone and from 7 seedlings of each repetition, using a magnifying glass, the presence, number nonmycorrhizal and mycorrhizal roots and representation of individual morphotypes of mycorrhizal fungi. The values were evaluated by using of two-factor analysis of variance. After the end of the third growing season, we sampled seedlings in number of 5 pieces in each repetition and we investigated the biometric same value as in the previous growing season and we also included the hmeasurement of increase in college. On 20 cm section of the roots of each plant we watched both active and inactive mycorrhizal roots together with nonmycorrhizal roots.
