Rusková, Veronika : The changes of Labour Code and their impact on the economy of enterprise [Final thesis] – Technical University in Zvolen, the Department of Economics and Management of Forestry. Thesis supervisor: Ing. Blanka Giertliová, PhD. Zvolen, 2017. 63 p.The final thesis deals with the issue of labor law and labour relations. Those relations that have the character of dependent work between the employer and an employee. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part determines basic terms, functions, system and a field of activity of the labour law. The practical part is focused on the analysis of basic labour related regulation of the law - zákon č. 311/2001 Z.z. Labour Code - which has been amended more times since the beginning of its validity. The very important amendment was brought by law - zákon č. 257/2011 Z.z. Labour Code and later with its validity from 1. January 2013 law - zákon č. 361/2012 Z.z., which changed and completed the law – zákon č. 311/2001 Z.z. Labour Code as amended. The final thesis is demonstrating the impact of amendments of Labour Code in one particular selected enterprise entity. The content of the theoretical part is as well the structure of using the labour relations of the selected enterprise. Above-mentioned amendments of the Labor Code have had negative impact on the management and total economy of the company. Among the presented solutions in order to eliminate the negative impact belong: part-time job employment performed without full-time job contract for those, who take pension or disability pension, for students working part-time with signed contract for holiday jobs, for external self-employed subjects, or signed contracts with employees on the basis of Commercial Code. Although, there is a question weather this kind of solutions are long term effective from stable private sector point of view.
