Thesis handles an innovative project of the reconstruction of the local communications, taking into account the natural aspects of the surroundings area. Theoretical basis of work describes the concept of innovation, the concept of the project, an innovative project and its phases, in conjuction with the development of the region. In the practical part is worked out the project of reconstruction, taking into account the specific aspects of the renovation project of the local communication natural surroundings in the village of Rimavská Baňa, taking account of the five-phased approach to the management of innovative projects. In the context of the debate on the issue prepared by the innovative project is being solved are elaborated two variants of financing as well as their impact on the finances of the village.
