The work is divided into four basic stages and includes various diagrams and tables. In the introduction of the diploma thesis is described the issue of inventories, their valuation and verification, inventory audit method and audit procedures. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the company and its history. The third part is devoted to the analysis of the baseline data for the audit needs, and in the last part the inventory audit is carried out in the selected company for the year 2015.
