Zvolen: Technical University in Zvolen. 2017. 110 p.The diploma thesis looks at the organizational culture in company SAD Zvolen, a.s. The purpose of this thesis is to provide analysis of organizational culture in the company, by application of Organisational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) method based on the theoretical basis, to compare the results according to age of respondents and to propose the improving actions for the company. The theoretical part of thesis defines theoretical basis for the application part of paper. It characterizes the concept of organizational culture and its basic elements. Further, the thesis focuses on the distinction of the basis models and the typology of corporate culture. The practical part focuses on the analysis of organizational culture in company SAD Zvolen, a.s., based on the results obtained from questionnaire survey. By interpreting the results, we identify the dominant type of corporate culture in general and compare the results according to the belonging to specific age generation. Based on our findings, we propose specific recommendations for company SAD Zvolen, a.s., whose application could have the positive impact to perception of the company by its employees and we highlight the importance of corporate culture guidance by the management of the organization.
