KURČÍKOVÁ, P.: The topic of my thesis "Measuring and Evaluation of Business Process Performance" is to investigate the implementation of process management, measurement and evaluation of business processes in enterprises of various character in the territory of the Slovak Republic through a questionnaire survey. The first chapter presents a partial goal, familiarizing yourself with the theory of process management and specific measurement and evaluation of the performance of business processes. The second part of the thesis was focused on the analysis of inputs, available data and information obtained from the questionnaire survey, their processing. We completed the data from the questionnaire survey and expressed in percentage terms according to the number of respondents' answers and graphically depicted them in circular graphs. The main goal of the final part of the thesis is the completion of the outputs, which are necessary for the elaboration of this work, the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey, optioning the individual findings and the suggestion of the general possibilities of improvement for the companies under examination.
