The diploma thesis deals with the original wooden sacral objects in the districts of Snina and Sobrance. The wooden sacral architecture of Eastern Slovakia is discussed in the introduction. The wooden sacral objects located in the districts of Snina and Sobrance are described from a design point of view with a focus on selected details in the third chapter. The thesis focuses in detail on the Greek Catholic Church of St. Basil the Great from the village of Hrabová Roztoka, whose description is supplemented by a drawing documentation. An important part of the thesis is the dendrochronological assessment of selected samples from the sacral objects from Hrabová Roztoka and Topoľa.
