The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the value of the enterprise „Lesný podnik mesta Zvolen“. This value was calculated with the help of the method of goodwill under the condition of the appearance of accidental logging. On the basis of the obtained data from the balance and the profit and loss account for the period from 2013 to 2015 the values of financial markers were calculated: liquidity, indebtedness, activity and rentability. A financial analysis of the enterprise was done through the evaluation of stability and profitability markers. These data were used to draft out a turning point diagram and the calculation of net current value from the mentioned project of future activity. The risk of management was estimated as a probability of destruction of deciduous and coniferous forest vegetation. Goodwill of enterprise „Lesný podnik mesta Zvolen“ was estimated according to a project of future activity which is assumed for the period of 13 years.
