Zvolen: TU 2017, 53 pages.The aim of the thesis is to estimate the company value of Obecne lesy Poniky in the risk management conditions. In the beginning we introduced the company Obecne lesy Poniky s.r.o. As the base data for the calculation of the company value we used the results of financial analysis for the period of three years - 2013, 2014 and 2015. We have also conducted the cost and revenue analysis of the company. Furthermore, we formulated the breakthrough diagram of the company, which served as a base for creating a projectfor future company operation. In the thesis we also dealt with random forest extraction, risk management analysis and the profitability of the project for future company operation. In the last part we estimated the company value using the excess earnings method.
