Zvolen: TU 2017, 51 p.The main goal of this diploma thesis is to forecast the value of the urban forests Banská Bystrica s.r.o. company with the over-risk method under the risk of accidental extraction. Entry estimates for an enterprise value guess are the results of the financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis for the period 2013-2015. Based on the data we finding out, we can formulate a project of the future business of the company until the expiry of the current and future forest care program. A very important step is the analysis of the company's accidental extraction over the reference period. Based on this, we can determine the probability of occurrence of random extractions in the future. An important indicator of the value of an company is goodwill that informs about a possible increase in the capital value of an enterprise by its future business.
