The main topic of the submitted final thesis is to motivate employees and to look at the importance of the influence of predetermined motivation factors, depending on the gender and occupational category in which the employees are classified, and then also to collect statistical data from the data gathered and to evaluate the results and the findings brought. At the start, the final thesis deals with the theoretical backgrounds, which are the cornerstone for understanding the problems to be solved and for establishing the goal itself. The main part of our work to analyse the results of the questionnaire survey conducted and to compare the relationship between the genders, motivation factors and working categories. Finally, the results obtained by our analysis are compared with the results of the available studies and data.
