The human factor, as one of the fundamental pillars in the quality management process, directly influences and ensures constant improvement of the quality in the enterprise. In the first part of the diploma thesis, we try to summarize individual theoretical aspects of the given issue. We define the terms: quality and quality management. We summarize theoretical knowledge of human resources in the quality management process. We focuse on the motivation of employees. We name different forms and ways of the employee motivation. In the second practical part of the work we analyze specific enterprise by questionnaire method. On the basis of our data, we try to suggest appropriate solutions, individualized for the enterprise, for the specific employees, focused on their individual and team needs. Just understanding of needs and objectives is the priority within the quality management.
