The aim of this thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with the services of the Slovak Post. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, service, marketing, management, and marketing mix. The practical part of the thesis describes selected company Slovak Post. It is described in terms of service, availability for customers and prices.It is followed by characteristic of customer satisfaction. Based on this factors customer satisfaction survey was created and conducted among selected customers.Based on the results of a survey, the third part of the thesis provide improvement proposals in areas that important for customer.
