The main goal of diploma work was to find out and characterize potential risks, which can occur in territory of village Dolný Pial and according to cooperation with Mayor of village and with crisis staff of village check, if protections, which are suggested in established untypical cases are suitable. Work consists two main parts. The first, theoretical part includes legislation, which describes issue of territory analysis and by authors, who have been interested in this issue. The second part of my diploma work is focused on territory analysis in specific village Dolný Pial, from aspect of incidents formation and on measures take for protection of people before unusual incidents. According to more frequent occurrence of incidents are observation and updating threats very important. Conditions, nature or people are constantly changing and because of this threats can grow. Expect of smaller lacks, we didn´t find any serious problem, but because of leakage of dangerous substance simulation in program ALOHA, we are able to see, which territory will be affected, if this event really occurs.
