The aim of our diploma work is analysis of logistic, producing logistic and its use inmanufactur plant. Our diploma work is diveded to four chapters. The first chapter gave usa theoretical analysis of the problem solved. In this chapter we are focusing on logisticdevelopment and its phases, strategies, aims, logistic division, logistic types and finally by thesystems of operational management in production. The second chapter introduces us with goalof this work. In the third chapter methodology diploma work is descriped. The last chapterprovides us with information about manufacturing enterprise, its product portfolio andcalculations in production, which are the main part of our diploma work, by which we canfind out current usable tiem found of a workplace or a production utilization factor.
