The thesis is aimed to study effect of cyclic loading lamella wood made of aspen veneers affected by cyclic loading. Thesis consists of theory of mechanical and physical features of wood while focusing on bending characteristics. Study also contains theoretical knowledges of laminating process. Purpose of study is to find out how cyclic loading affects properties of laminated veneer lumber. In our study we are evaluating bending strength and modulus of elasticity of laminated veneer lumber. Cyclic loading caused changes in bending strength and modulus of elasticity. Cyclically loaded laminated veneer lumber was wetter in comparison with unstressed samples and because of that values of properties of cyclically loaded samples seems to increase.
