Faculty of wood sciences and technology, 2017, 67 p.The final thesis deals with controlling and its psychological aspects on employees, owners and managers of small and micro enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to design an implementation plan of an enterprise from the psychological view. The final thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, theoretical knowledge in the field of controlling was investigated where several accesses from domestic and foreign authors were analyzed. The thesis focused on theoretical definition of psychological factors that affect controlling. The second and the third chapters of the thesis describe the aim and methodology of the thesis. The fourth chapter of the thesis analyzes obtained results. According to the empirical research we achieved primary sources, which were used as a basis for implementation model designing. The summary of the results is the content of the last chapter with the gain for the theory and practice.
