The aim of the diploma work was to design some possibilities of the entering the foreign market for the chosen company Makrowin, which is the producer of building-carpenter products, concretely windows and doors in the Slovakia. My work is systematically divided into two parts. First part is specialized on theoretical way outs of the entering forms on the foreign market as well as on decision-making about choosing the foreign market and last but not least on describing the present state on the market with windows. The second part consists of applying the analysis of the self-craft by means of SWOT analysis, analysis of competition by making use of comparative analysis and subsequently by making use of hard and soft selective analysis for detection of the suitable foreign market. The identified foreign market is analysed from the point of view of possible risks. The result of the topic of my diploma work is working out some suggestions of the possible entering forms on the foreign market for the development of the future activities und their comparison.
