The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the spectrum of macromycetes and usage of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) substrate in a given area. The first chapters are devoted to the characteristics of a given territory, specifically to its orographic, hydrological, climatic and biotic conditions. In the next part, I intend to describe, and classify fungi empire as one of the main realms of binomial nomenclature. Especially, will refer to selected kinds, those consumed by wild animals in the hunting grounds Lipovec. I shall describe my experiment with winter feeding substrate of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) and will compare it with the result of similarly oriented work. The goal of my work is to present the spectrum of macromycetes, which has today, and in the future a key role in maintaining a sustainable balance in nature. I refer to the most important species of the numerous empires, their effects on animals, humanity, hunting as such, and the possibility of use, as winter supplementary feeding for animals. My evaluation of objectives described above is based on observation and monitoring using photo traps.
