The work is divided into six chapters. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge of marketing communication. It also specifies the basic terms of marketing and marketing communication. The practical part of the thesis analyses the company Heineken, which is best known for the production of beer, acquisition of regional brands of beer worldwide and their original approach towards promoting their products. The main part of the thesis is a questionnaire survey, its subsequent evaluation by one-dimensional statistical methods, in the form of frequency tables and graphs. In the questionnaire, we examined the impact of Heineken´s individual marketing tools on the public. Based on the valuated questionnaire, proposals and recommendations for marketing communications are formulated.
