Diploma thesis in the theoretical part relies on the approach of managing of human resources, that is basis for every organization. It focuses on the motivation of employees, motivational factors and intense analysis of career manager. It describes influence of socio-demographic features for concrete gender, age and education on motivation in the career of manager. The aim of the final thesis is analysis of socio-demographic features on motivation in the career of manager. For the detectional analysis of influence of gender, age and education on the career of manager we use questionnaire method and interdependence of features with career factors. Interdependences of features we find out by using statistical software STATISTICA 12. The results of the survey record contingent tables, tables of statistical significance and post-hoc test for every career factor of motivation. For better representation of pos-hoc test we use graphic representation.
