Defense: Zvolen. Scope: 63 pages.Graduation thesis focuses on evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented investment project in Rettenmeier Tatra Timber company. The scope of the investment was to purchase a new debarking machine. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the controlling itself, functions and scope. The aim of the graduation thesis was to analyze and evaluate expected outputs of the investment compare to real results. In the document has been used dynamic (Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Internal Rate of Return, Discount Maturity) and controlling (Finite values, Modified Internal Rate of Return) methods of evaluation economic efficiency of the investment. The conclusion of the thesis briefly describes and evaluate results and propose further recommendation based on the real company results.
