The diploma thesis deals with the role of the human factor in ensuring and improving the quality in the chosen enterprise. In the theoretical level, the terms are defined as quality, quality management and human factor, basic personal processes, for example, we advise motivation, education, evaluation or remuneration. Specifically, this part of the thesis focuses mainly on management motivation. In the application part of the thesis is characterized the selected enterprise, the current state of the subject matter and the subsequent evaluation of the research, which was carried out mainly in the form of a questionnaire. Finally, recommendations are suggested for a more efficient operation of the organization's quality assurance and improvement process.
