Ing. Jaroslav Rašner, CSc.The aim of the study was to optimize the logistic system in the company, to propose measures for its improvement. It analyzes the individual parts of the saw process, material and information. The results of the analysis of the individual parts of the pillar process, material and information flows in the selected company evaluated the current situation and suggested individual recommendations that would contribute to the efficiency of the company's logistic system. The result is a proposal to equip the planer and sorting line with a continuous resin impregnation device that serves to treat all undamaged timber against biotic pests. By incorporating the continuous impregnation in the adjustment line, the protection of the undisturbed lumber during summer months, the stored or transported tillage against biotic pests.
