If the company, in this dynamically changing business environment reckons that the tempo of the changes slows down, it will be disappointed in its conviction. Starting with digitalization towards the mobility and ending with the creation of the applications and unstoppable expansion of social media, the change has become acceptable part of the modern business environment. Companies should make an effort to make change. Without continuous changes, companies will start stagnating and staying behind and the competition will get ahead.The main theme of this diploma work is the analysis of the power field and its optimization in change management. It deals with the characteristics of change management, classification of changes, objects and causes of change formation. In theoretical part, the certain findings about changes and causes of changes from the more authors´ view are gathered. The methods of applying changes and their effect on business have become the main part of this work. In practical part, we made, via questionnaire, certain suggestions of measures for creating favourable power field by planning the changes and before the realization of changes in the company. In this work, we focus on the analysis of power field and its optimization in change management which was made in Kupele Dudince, a.s. company.
