The aim of this Diploma Thesis was the describe of manufacturing process in a concrete company, computation of coefficients of production capacity efficiency and effective time fund. These computations have been done on basis of comparison of two capacities; the existing one and the potential. The first chapter is concerned with theoretical analysis, which contents definition of logistics, in-plant logistics, its managing and adjustments of capacity. In the second chapter of Diploma Thesis, we characterized concrete enterprise, its portfolio and manufacture. Thanks to detailed analysis of manufacturing process in the company and observation of current situation in production capacity efficiency, we specified capacities while planning volume of production. From achieved results, we evaluated the level of utilization from existing capacities, and mainly, recommendations and suggestions to improve manufacturing process and gain optimal manufacturing capacities as an objective.
