Pages 62Objective of this diploma thesis is to suggest an optimal organizational structure for the HYDREX, s.r.o. company based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of current organizational structure. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first chapter constitutes the theoretical part of the thesis where the terms organization, organizing and organizational structure are determined. The next sub-chapter is dedicated to suggesting and creating an organizational structure. Differentiation of organizational structures types based on various criteria constitutes a fundamental component of the theoretical part. The second chapter is dedicated to the main objective and to partial objectives of the theses. The methodology is explained in the third chapter. All methods used to elaborate this diploma thesis are reasoned there. The fourth chapter consists of a practical part where conclusions of the thesis are presented and interpreted. The examined enterprise and related scope of business, ownership and human resources structure are characterized there. Last but not least this chapter contains detailed economic analysis of the company. The last two sub-chapters contain explanation of current state of the enterprise´s organizational structure and suggestion of optimal organizational structure based on defining weak and strong aspects of the organization and organizational structure.
