The aim of the thesis "Measuring of business performance" is to measure the financial performance of the company and evaluate the results found in this measurement by using traditional and modern indicators. The work consists of five chapters. It contains 17 tables, 15 graphs, 12 pictures and 3 appendices. The first chapter contains theoretical aspects of researched topic, where the primary goal was to define the basic theoretical approaches and concepts related to performance. In the second chapter are defined the goals of this thesis. The third chapter presents the methodology and procedures used in the practical part of this work. The fourth chapter is aimed to the application of theoretical knowledge acquired in previous sections of the thesis to the practical detection and measurement of financial performance of the company INTECH, Inc. for a period of six years. The main sources of information for practical part are the financial statements of the company (balance sheet, income statement). The final chapter is devoted to recapitulation of the results and evaluating financial performance of the analyzed company.
