Present business management demands quick decisions, based on quality analysis and done by quality employees. When analysing environment, which is very variable and prone to changes from external and internal environment, are these decisions very important. The objective of this thesis is an analysis of external and internal environment of an enterprise, specifically his micro and macro environment where the enterprise operates. This analysis is performed by research of processes and conditions inside the enterprise, specifically by SWOT analysis, which is processing report on strategic situation of a particular enterprise and recommends strategic steps to the management. Another part of this analysis is the external environment, for which are important his external opportunities and external threats, whose can be divided to major and minor. For an exact research of this environment, it has been necesarry to analyse the company branch and it's relevant strategic resources, that affect his overall situation in the branch.
