The aim of the diploma thesis is on the basis of the analysis of the current state of the selected company focused on the logistics supply purchases optimize purchasing article supply chain in the enterprise. The object of the investigation was the company Autoservis Findo. In the first chapter, are dedicated to theoretical basis of solving the problem of which includes an issue of logistics, the importance of proper selection of suppliers even management supplier-customer relations. The second chapter provides objective and methodical approach in dealing with this diploma thesis. In a part of the third chapter was to analysis of the current state of the examined company subsequently applying a few selected methods. The fourth chapter then evaluates the information obtained offer few suggestions that It will has the effect of optimizing the process of purchase of spare parts in the enterprise.
